By accessing or using this Site, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Ocean Vibes Travel Group, LLC utilizes the web site host Squarespace. You may find their Terms of Service here. Our services are directly related and/or contingent on their webmaster/services

1. Services

Ocean Vibes Travel Group, LLC is a travel agency offering travel planning, booking services, and retail products through its online store. All travel services are subject to supplier terms and availability.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Use the Site for lawful purposes only

  • Follow all Local, State, Federal Laws and/or any and all governing applicable laws

  • Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials

3. Payments and Transactions

All purchases are subject to pricing, availability, and payment terms disclosed at checkout. Refunds, cancellations, and changes are governed by supplier policies and disclosed terms at the time of booking. See FAQ section for additional information on merchandise refunds purchased through the OceanVibesTravelGroup.com.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, text, graphics, and designs on the Site are the property of Ocean Vibes Travel Group, LLC and may not be used without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ocean Vibes Travel Group, LLC acts solely as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers. We are not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, or defaults of third-party providers.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ocean Vibes Travel Group, LLC from any claims arising from misuse of the Site, any of their third-party providers, or violation of these Terms.

7. Force Majeure

Ocean Vibes Travel Group, LLC shall not be liable for loss or damage suffered as a result of any delay or failure in performance under the Terms due directly or indirectly from natural disasters, accidents, fire, explosions, earthquakes, floods, water, wind, lightning, civil or military authority, acts of public enemy, war, riots, civil disturbances, insurrections, terrorism, pandemics or health crises, strikes, or labor disputes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Non-Discrimination:

Ocean Vibes Travel Group, LLC does not discriminate against any person on grounds of race, ethnicity, national origin, color, religion, age, disability, sex, pregnancy status, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, genetic information, political opinions or affiliations, veteran status, or other legally protected classes under the laws of the State of Florida or the federal government

10. Arbitration & Supplier Liability Clause

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to any of the services that Ocean Vibes Trave Group LLC provides such as merchandise, advice, and travel services arranged, booked, or sold by Ocean Vibes Travel Group, LLC, including but not limited to bookings with airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, or other third-party suppliers (collectively, “Suppliers”), shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis.

Ocean Vibes Travel Group, LLC acts solely as an intermediary between clients and Suppliers and assumes no responsibility or liability for the acts, omissions, negligence, delays, defaults, injuries, losses, or damages caused by any Supplier. Any such claims shall be asserted directly against the responsible Supplier.

Arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Florida, in a mutually agreed upon County, and administered by American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its applicable rules. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: All claims must be brought individually. Class actions, collective actions, representative actions, and consolidated arbitrations are expressly waived.

This clause is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
